I called this morning at 8:30, and after describing the issue and based on the location of his other jobs throughout the day, Jim decided to come over after his current job. The job was completed by 10:00 for a very fair price. Good communication, good issue explanation, great timing and fair price is everything one can hope when they try a new plumber

The guys doing the work are always on time, efficient, and respectful. They explain things clearly and answer our questions without judgment. This is the second time I’ve used Jim Williams. First time was when my water heater broke and they came out the same day to fix it. Today, I’ve got a toilet issue and I made the call. Again, they’re able to come out the same day. Excellent work by Cliff and excellent customer service by Brian (and Cliff)! They have a client for life with me.
